At each farm, Chef Nick will guide you through the property, sharing the rich history and vital functions of the farm. Meet the dedicated farmers, hear their unique stories, and experience the farm life firsthand by touching, smelling and feeling the enviroment. You may even participate in a farm activity, deepening your appreciation for the passion behind your food.
Throughout the tour, enjoy exquisite creation from The Bruce Hotel's culinary team, featuring indgrediants sourced directly from the farms. The day concludes with a return to The Bruce Hotel, where you will be greeted with sparkling hard cider and if you choose to extend the journey you can indulge in a pre-fixe menu that highlights the best offerings from local producers, including those visited on the tour.
